预见性护理在过敏性鼻炎并支气管哮喘护理中的临床研究

Application of predictive nursing in allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma care

目的探讨预见性护理在过敏性鼻炎并支气管哮喘护理中的应用效果。方法将2016年2月～2018年2月我院接诊的80例过敏性鼻炎并支气管哮喘患者纳入本研究,按照随机数字表法均分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受预见性护理,比较两组患者治疗效果、护理前后症状评分、住院时间、护理依从性及护理满意度。结果观察组治疗效果显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理后呼吸困难评分、喘息/咳嗽评分、哮喘发作频率评分及哮喘夜间症状评分均显著低于对照组,住院时间也显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理依从性及护理满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理能够提高过敏性鼻炎并支气管哮喘的治疗效果,改善患者临床症状,提高患者依从性,缩短康复时间,值得临床推荐。

Objective To investigate the effect of predictive nursing in the treatment of allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma care. Methods A total of 80 patients with allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma admitted in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were enrolled in the study. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into the observation group （n=40） and the control group （n=40）. The control group was treated with routine nursing. The observation group was given predictive care. The treatment effects, pre-and post-treatment symptom scores, hospitalization time, care compliance, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The dyspnea score, wheezing/cough score, asthma attack frequency score and asthma night symptom score of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after nursing, and the length of stay in the observation group was also lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Patient care compliance and nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Predictive care can improve the therapeutic effect of allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma, improve the clinical symptoms of patients, improve patient compliance, shorten recovery time, and is worthy of clinical recommendation.
