矽肺合并肺结核临床治疗分析

Clinical Analysis of Silicosis Complicated with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的分析矽肺合并肺结核的临床治疗方法及效果。方法选取2017年1月—2018年3月之间收治的矽肺合并肺结核患者58例作为研究对象,对患者临床表现进行观察、记录,分析临床治疗效果。结果 58例患者通过临床治疗痊愈49例,占总例数的84.5%,治疗失败8例,占13.8%,死亡1例,占1.7%,死亡原因为呼吸衰竭。结论矽肺合并肺结核这一疾病的临床特征具有复杂性与特殊性,缺乏典型性,需要尽快采取积极治疗措施,遵循早期、联用、全程、适量等的原则开展临床治疗,增强疗效。

Objective To analyze the clinical treatment and effect of silicosis with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods A total of 58 patients with silicosis and pulmonary tuberculosis admitted between January 2017 and March 2018 were enrolled. The clinical manifestations of the patients were observed and recorded, and the clinical effects were analyzed. Results Of the 58 patients, 49 patients were cured by clinical treatment, accounting for 84.5% of the total cases, 8 patients were treated with failure, accounting for 13.8%, and 1 patient died, accounting for 1.7%. The cause of death was respiratory failure. Conclusion The clinical features of silicosis complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis are complicated and specific, lacking typicality. It is necessary to take active treatment measures as soon as possible, and follow the principles of early, combined, full course and appropriate amount to carry out clinical treatment and enhance the curative effect.
