普瑞巴林治疗颅内静脉窦血栓患者头痛的疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Pregabalin on Headache in Patients with Intracranial Venous Sinus Thrombosis

目的颅内静脉窦血栓将引起静脉性卒中,头痛是其首发和主要的症状;该研究将调查普瑞巴林是否能改善颅内静脉窦血栓引起的头痛。方法 2013年7月—2016年6月在该院住院患者中筛选出76例符合入组标准的患者,其中3例研究者中途退出,治疗组37例,对照组36例,分别给予普瑞巴林300 mg/d和安慰剂,持续6周。在首次服药后24 h,1周和6周评估疗效,主要终点指标是数字标准评分,次要终点指标是焦虑抑郁量表评分。结果与对照组比较,服用普瑞巴林后24 h和服药后1周NRS评分分别为(4.2±0.8)分和(2.7±0.6)分(t=7.405)分,P<0.05),显著降低NRS评分;在服用普瑞巴林后24 h,1周和6周,治疗组焦虑抑郁量表评分分别为(9±3.3)分,(7±2.6)分和(4±1.8),较对照组减低显著(t=7.204,P<0.05)。结论普瑞巴林可快速并持续缓解颅内静脉窦血栓引起的头痛症状,同时改善患者的情绪。

Objective Intracranial venous sinus thrombosis will cause venous stroke. Headache is the first and main symptom. This study will investigate whether pregabalin can improve headache caused by intracranial venous sinus thrombosis. Methods From July 2013 to June 2016, 76 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the inpatients in the hospital. Three of the investigators withdrew halfway through the treatment group, 37 case in the treatment group and 36 case in the control group. 300 mg/d and placebo for 6 weeks. Efficacy was assessed at 24 hours, 1 week, and 6 weeks after the first dose. The primary endpoint was the digital standard score and the secondary endpoint was the anxiety and depression scale. Results Compared with the control group, the NRS scores were（4.2±0.8）points and （2.7±0.6）points（t=7.405, P〈0.05） at 24 hours after taking pregabalin and 1 week after taking the drug, which significantly reduced the NRS score. After taking pregabalin at 24 h, 1 week and 6 weeks, the anxiety and depression scales of the treatment group were （9±3.3）points,（7±2.6）points and （4±1.8）points, respectively （t=7.204, P〈0.05）, which was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion Pregabalin can quickly and continuously relieve headache symptoms caused by intracranial venous sinus thrombosis and improve patients＇ mood.
