摘要
目的分析对慢性硬膜下血肿患者采用微创颅内血肿清除术的治疗效果及影响。方法选取该院于2014年12月—2018年3月收治的42例慢性硬膜下血肿的患者,对其采取微创颅内血肿清除术的治疗方法 ,对比患者治疗前后的GCS(格拉斯哥昏迷指数)评分以及神经功能缺损评分,并观察患者术后并发症发生情况。结果患者经微创颅内血肿清除术的手术治疗后GCS评分为(13.4±1.5)分,相较治疗前得分(9.6±2.1)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.5426,P<0.05),患者在经治疗后的NHISS评分以及QOL评分分别为(12.5±2.6)分、(69.7±6.5)分,治疗前分别为(24.4±5.8)分、(36.1±5.8)分,差异有统计学意义(t=12.133,24.996,P<0.05);术后不良反应发生情况有2例,并发症发生情况2例。结论对于慢性硬膜下血肿患者采用微创颅内血肿清除术,可有效减少并发症发生,其手术治疗效果显著,值得在临床手术治疗中实施应用。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect and influence of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma evacuation in patients with chronic subdural hematoma. Methods A total of 42 patients with chronic subdural hematoma admitted to the hospital from December 2014 to March 2018 were enrolled in this study. The treatment of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma was performed to compare the GCS before and after treatment (Glasgow Coma Index) and neurological deficit scores were observed and postoperative complications were observed. Results The GCS score was (13.4±1.5)points after surgical treatment of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma evacuation, which was statistically significant compared with the pre-treatment score(9.6±2.1)points(t=9.542 6,P〈0.05), the patients' NHISS score and QOL score after treatment were (12.5±2.6)points and (69.7±6.5)points, respectively (24.4±5.8)points and (36.1±5.8)points before treatment. The difference was statistically significant(t=12.13, 24.996, P〈0.05); 2 cases of postoperative adverse reactions occurred, 2 cases of complications occurred. Conclusion Minimally invasive intracranial hematoma evacuation in patients with chronic subdural hematoma can effectively reduce the incidence of complications. The surgical treatment is effective and worthy of application in clinical surgical treatment.
