摘要
目的对比虚实结合挂线法以及传统实挂线法应用于临床复杂性肛瘘患者的疗效。方法选取2015年1月—2016年12月期间在该院普外科进行住院治疗的复杂性肛瘘患者共68例,按照随机数字法分为两组,观察组采用虚实结合挂线法进行手术,对照组采用传统实挂线法进行手术,对比两组患者的术后预后情况,并对所有患者进行随访。结果观察组患者治愈36例,好转2例,未愈0例,治愈率为94.74%,对照组治愈27例,好转3例,未愈0例,治愈率为90.00%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.552,P>0.05)。观察组在术后疼痛评分为(3.05±0.76)分,肛门功能评分为(0.92±0.41)分,明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.337、7.182,P<0.05)。结论虚实结合挂线法治疗复杂性肛瘘患者能减轻术后疼痛,更有效地保护肛门功能,有利于患者的预后。
Objective To compare the efficacy of virtual and solid combined hanging line method and traditional solid hanging line method in patients with clinical complex anal fistula. Methods A total of 68 patients with complicated anal fistula who underwent hospitalization in the hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were enrolled. The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number method. The observation group was operated by virtual and solid combined with hanging line method. The control group was operated with the traditional suture method. The postoperative prognosis of the two groups was compared and all patients were followed up. Results In the observation group, 36 cases were cured, 2 cases were improved, 0 cases were unhealed, the cure rate was 94.74%, 27 cases were cured in the control group, 3 cases were improved, 0 cases were unhealed, and the cure rate was 90.00%. The difference was not statistically significant (χ2=0.552, P〉0.05). The postoperative pain score was (3.05±0.76)points, and the anal function score was (0.92±0.41)points, which was significantly better than the control group. The difference was statistically significant (t=6.337, 7.182, P〈0.05). Conclusion The combination of virtual and solid combined with hanging line method for the treatment of patients with complex anal fistula can relieve postoperative pain, more effectively protect the anal function, and benefit the prognosis of patients.
