静脉全麻下肩关节手法松解配合关节腔封闭治疗冻结期肩周炎的疗效研究

Therapeutic Effect of Venous General Anesthesia with Shoulder Joint Technique and Joint Cavity Closure for Frozen Periarthritis

目的研究静脉全麻下肩关节松解术合配关节腔封闭治疗冻结期肩周炎的疗效。方法 2015年12月—2017年10月接收60例冻结期肩周炎患者,随机分为实验组(30例)与对照组(30例),对照组仅接受传统康复理疗1周配合功能锻炼,实验组首先静脉全麻下肩关节手法松解配合关节腔封闭1次,然后配合功能锻炼1周,观察两组患者治疗后第1周、1个月、6个月时临床效果。结果实验组患者总治愈率为96.6%,明显高于对照组的(χ~2=31.093,P<0.05)。实验组患者术后肩关节疼痛(VAS)评分与肩关节Mallet评分均明显优于对照组(t=72.728、26.005,P<0.05)。结论静脉全麻下肩关节手法松解术治疗冻结期肩周炎可以显著缩短病程,迅速缓解肩关节疼痛,恢复肩关节功能。

Objective To study the curative effect of combined general anesthesia for shoulder joint lysis and joint cavity closure for frozen periarthritis. Methods From December 2015 to October 2017, 60 patients with frozen shoulder frozenness were randomly divided into experimental group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）. Control group： only received traditional rehabilitation therapy for 1 week with functional exercise. Experimental group： First, the general technique of scapular total anesthesia was used to loosen the joint and the joint cavity was closed once, and then functional exercise for 1 week. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed at the first week, one month and six months after treatment. Results The total cure rate of the experimental group was 96.6%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（χ2=31.093, P〈0.05）. The postoperative shoulder pain （VAS） score and the shoulder joint Mallet score were significantly better in the experimental group than in the control group（t=72.728,26.005,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of frozen shoulder scapulohumeral under total anesthesia can significantly shorten the course of disease, quickly relieve shoulder pain and restore shoulder function.
