干扰素不同用药途径治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎临床分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解干扰素不同用药途径治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法以随机法将120例该院2015年8月—2018年3月收治的疱疹性咽峡炎患儿分为两组:60例予以干扰素肌肉注射者为对照组,60例予以干扰素气泵吸入者为治疗组,同时观察、对比2组临床治疗效果。结果给药后,治疗组有效率为96.67%,较对照组的75.00%更高(χ~2=14.653,P<0.05);治疗组退热时长(2.65±1.35)d、疱疹消失时长(3.00±1.65)d等改善情况,均优于对照组[(3.85±1.50)、(4.80±1.25)d](t=16.792、13.241,P<0.05)。结论对小儿疱疹性咽峡炎选干扰素气泵吸入治疗,效果比肌肉注射给药途径更显著,可在提升临床治疗有效率的基础上,明显缩减患者的退热时长及疱疹消失时长,具有较高的临床推荐价值。 Objective To understand the clinical efficacy of different interferon routes in the treatment of herpes simplex angina. Methods A total of 120 children with herpes angina admitted to the hospital from August 2015 to March 2018 were randomly divided into two groups: 60 patients with interferon intramuscular injection as control group and 60 patients with interferon gas pump. The inhalers were in the treatment group, and the clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After administration, the effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%, which was higher than that of the control group 75.00%(χ2=14.653,P〈0.05). The duration of fever in the treatment group was (2.65±1.35)d, and the length of herpes disappeared (3.00±1.65)d. The improvement of d was better than that of the control group[(3.85±1.50),(4.80±1.25)d](t=16.792,13.241,P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of inhalation of interferon pump in children with herpetic angina is more significant than that of intramuscular injection. It can significantly reduce the duration of fever and the disappearance of herpes on the basis of improving the efficiency of clinical treatment, with high clinical recommendation value.
