彩色B超在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the Application Value of Color B-ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Breast Cancer

目的探讨彩色B超在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法对2016年1月—2018年3月该院收治的78例乳房肿块的患者,采用彩色B超以及病理活检方法分别对这78例患者进行检查,对比两种方法乳腺癌检出情况。结果经病例活检诊断,该78例乳房肿块患者均为乳腺癌患者;采用彩色B超进行诊断,诊断符合率为91.03%,灵敏度为91.03%,漏诊率为8.97%。结论采用彩色B超进行乳腺癌诊断,符合率、灵敏度均较高,有利于现乳腺癌患者早期发现、早期治疗,从而提高生存时间。

Objective To investigate the value of color B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods A total of 78 patients with breast lumps admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to March 2018 were examined by color B-ultrasound and pathological biopsy. The breast cancer was detected by two methods. Results According to the diagnosis of case biopsy, the 78 patients with breast mass were all breast cancer patients. The diagnosis was performed by color B-ultrasound. The diagnostic coincidence rate was 91.03%, the sensitivity was 91.03%, and the missed diagnosis rate was 8.97%. Conclusion The use of color B-ultrasound for breast cancer diagnosis has high coincidence rate and sensitivity, which is beneficial to early detection and early treatment of breast cancer patients, thus improving survival time.
