针刺治疗配合康复训练对脑卒中患者的疗效研究

Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Stroke Patients

目的探讨针刺配合康复训练对脑卒中患者日常生活能力和运动功能的影响。方法 2016年3月—2017年10月社区收治的脑卒中患者86例,按就诊前后顺序依随机数字表法,分为研究组与对照组,每组43例,两组均进行常规药物治疗与康复训练,研究组在此基础上加针刺穴位治疗。观察3个月,比较两组日常生活能力和综合运动功能。结果两组治疗3个月的MBI评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗3个月研究组MBI评分为(81.5±16.2)分明显优于对照组的(66.8±15.3)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.547,P<0.05);两组治疗3个月的WMFT评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗3个月研究组WMFT评分为(55.3±14.3)分明显优于对照组的(43.1±10.8)分(t=7.314,P<0.05)。结论针刺治疗脑卒中安全、有效,配合康复训练可有效改善患者的日常生活能力和运动功能,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on daily living ability and motor function of stroke patients. Methods From March 2016 to October 2017, 86 patients with stroke were enrolled in the community. According to the random number table, they were divided into study group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with conventional drugs. With rehabilitation training, the research team added acupuncture points on this basis. After 3 months of observation, the daily living ability and comprehensive motor function of the two groups were compared. Results The MBI scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment （P〈0.05）. The MBI score of the study group was （81.5±16.2）points and the score of the control group was significantly higher than that of the control group （66.8±15.3）points. the different was stastistically significant（t=6.547, P〈0.05）; the WMFT scores of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment （P〈0.05）, and the WMFT score of the study group was （55.3±14.3）points was significantly better than the control group at the 3 months of treatment （43.1±10.8）points, . the different was stastistically significant（t=7.314, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture is safe and effective in the treatment of stroke. Combined with rehabilitation training, it can effectively improve the daily living ability and motor function of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
