持续性人文关怀理念在ICU护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Continuous Humanistic Care Concept in ICU Nursing

目的实验分析在ICU护理中应用持续性人文关怀理念的效果。方法将该院ICU于2015年3月—2016年3月期间收治的患者150例作为实验研究的对象,以护理方法为依据,对患者进行分组,即实验组和参考组,每组75例。参考组患者在ICU护理中进行常规护理,实验组患者在此基础上实施持续性人文关怀护理,分析两组患者的护理效果。结果在舒适度上,实验组和参照组分别为96.0%、80.0%(χ~2=9.090,P=0.003);在依从度上,实验组和参照组分别为94.7%、81.3%(χ~2=6.312,P=0.011);在医患纠纷上,实验组和参照组分别为13.3%、26.7%(χ~2=4.167,P=0.041);在满意度上,实验组和参照组分别为96.0%、81.3%(χ~2=8.067,P=0.005);各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在ICU护理中应用持续性人文关怀理念,可对护理质量进行优化,改善医患关系,提升护理满意度,值得在临床护理中进行推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of applying the concept of continuous human care in ICU nursing. Methods A total of 150 patients admitted to the ICU of the hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were enrolled as experimental subjects. Based on the nursing method, the patients were divided into experimental group and reference group, with 75 cases in each group. The reference group of patients underwent routine care in ICU care, and the experimental group patients implemented continuous human care on this basis to analyze the nursing effects of the two groups of patients. Results In terms of comfort, the experimental group and the reference group were 96.0% and 80.0%, respectively （χ2=9.090, P=0.003）. In terms of compliance, the experimental group and the reference group were 94.7% and 81.3%, respectively （χ2=6.312, P=0.011）; In the doctor-patient dispute, the experimental group and the reference group were 13.3% and 26.7%, respectively （χ2=4.167, P=0.041）; in terms of satisfaction, the experimental group and the reference group were 96.0% and 81.3%, respectively, （χ2=8.067, P=0.005）; the differences between the groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Applying the concept of continuous human care in ICU care can optimize the quality of care, improve the relationship between doctors and patients, and improve the satisfaction of nursing. It is worth promoting in clinical nursing.
