中医护理方案在胃脘痛中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Program in Stomach Cramps

目的探讨中医护理方案在胃脘痛中的应用效果。方法选择2017年3月—2018年5月该院收治的32例胃脘痛患者,按随机数表法分为两组,每组16例。对照组给予常规治疗与常规护理,实验组在此基础上给予中医护理,对比两组临床疗效、主要症状积分、生活质量以及护理满意度。结果实验组治疗总有效率为100.00%,明显高于对照组62.50%(χ~2=5.128,P<0.05);实验组护理满意度为100.00%,明显高于对照组56.25%(χ~2=6.583,P<0.05)。干预后,实验组主要症状积分低于干预前与对照组;干预后,实验组SF-36评分高于干预前与对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胃脘痛患者实施中医护理方案不仅可提高临床疗效,还可有效改善患者临床症状与生活质量,同时提高护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing program in stomach cramps. Methods Thirty-two patients with gastroparesis admitted to the hospital from March 2017 to May 2018 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 16 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment and routine nursing. The experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing. The clinical efficacy, main symptom scores, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 100.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （62.50%） （χ2=5.128, P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 100.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（56.25%）（χ2=6.583, P〈0.05）. After the intervention, the main symptom scores of the experimental group were lower than those before the intervention and the control group; after the intervention, the SF-36 score of the experimental group was higher than that before the intervention and the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing program for patients with stomach cramps can not only improve the clinical efficacy, but also effectively improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients, and improve the satisfaction of nursing, which is worth promoting.
