荧光定量PCR检测HBV-DNA与ELISA方法测定乙肝五项指标相关性分析

Analysis of Correlation between the Fluorescent Quantitation PCR Testing HBV-DNA and ELISA Method in Measuring the Five Indexes of Hepatitis B

目的采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)检测乙肝患者血清中HBV-DNA的含量,分析其与酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定的乙肝五项指标结果的相关性。方法将自2016年7月—2018年3月期间该院收治的320例乙肝患者作为研究对象,分别对患者进行FQ-PCR及ELISA以检测其血清中HBV-DNA含量及乙肝五项指标。分析并比较两者之间的相关性。结果 320例患者中经ELISA法检测得出的阳性患者有305例(95.32%),经FQ-PCR法测得的阳性患者有222例(69.38%),两者经统计学比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.79,P<0.05);两种方法测得HBsAg、HBeAg、HBcAb阳性患者(大三阳患者)有162例(50.63%),HBsAb、HBeAb、HBcAb阳性患者(小三阳患者) 14例(4.38%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=10.583,P<0.05)。结论两种方法在各种乙肝病人诊断及治疗过程上各有优势,其中FQ-PCR法可以精准的反映HBV在患者患病不同阶段的具体变化,而ELISA法则可以提供间接的证据以提示乙肝感染,两种方法在患者乙肝诊断、治疗过程中的应用具有相关性,值得在临床上将两者的结果进行综合考虑,并加以推广和应用。

Objective To analyze the correlation between the fluorescent quantitation PCR testing HBV-DNA and ELISA method in measuring the five indexes of hepatitis B. Methods 320 cases of patients with hepatitis B admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2016 to March 2018 were selected, and the patients were for FQ-PCR and ELISA to test the HBV-DNA contents in serum and five indexes of hepatitis B, and the correlation between the two was analyzed and compared. Results The ELISA test showed that there were 305 positive cases（95.32%） of 320 cases, and the FQ-PCR method showed that there were 222 positive cases（69.38%）, and the differences were statistically significant（χ~2=4.79, P0.05）; and there were 162 cases（50.63%） with positive HBsAg, HBeAg, HBcAb（big 3 this world）, and14 cases（4.38%） with positive HBsAb, HBeAb, HBcAb（small 3 this world）, and the difference was obvious, with statistical significance（χ~2=10.583, P0.05）. Conclusion Both methods have advantages in diagnosis and treatment of patients with various hepatitis B, and the FQ-PCR method can precisely reflect the specific changes of HBV in different stages, but the ELISA method can provide indirect evidence to remind the infection of f hepatitis B, and the two is correlated in the diagnosis and treatment of hepatitis B, and we should comprehensively consider the results in clinic, and it is worth promotion and application.
