摘要
目的探讨前列腺汽化电切手术硬膜外置管镇痛采用柔性加强型硬膜外导管的临床效果。方法以2013年4月—2018年4月该院79例前列腺汽化电切手术的患者为研究对象,依据腰硬联合阻滞置入导管不同分为实验组(柔性加强型硬膜外导管,40例)和对照组(普通硬膜外导管,39例),对比观察两组导管置入相关并发症,评价患者舒适度。结果实验组置管困难(2.50%)、回抽见血(0.00%)、导管打折(0.00%)均低于对照组,患者舒适度(87.50%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.79,3.86,5.22,9.42,P<0.05)。结论前列腺汽化电切手术腰硬联合麻醉硬膜外镇痛采用柔性加强型硬膜外导管置管方便,并发症少,患者舒适度高,安全性好,更具临床推广价值。
Objective To study the clinical effect of flexible and reinforced epidural guiding tube in the epidural catheter analgesia in the electrovaporization of prostate surgery. Methods 79 cases of patients with electrovaporization of prostate surgery in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to different catheter placement ways of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia, the experimental group were the patients with flexible and reinforced epidural guiding tube(40 cases) and the control group were the patients with common epidural guiding tube(39 cases), and the catheter placement related complications of the two groups were compared and observed, and the comfort degree of patients was evaluated. Results The catheterization difficulty(2.50%), blood seen in taking out the tube(0.00%), and folding catheter(0.00%) in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the comfort degree of patients(87.5.0%) was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.79, 3.86, 5.22, 9.42, P0.05). Conclusion The flexible and reinforced epidural guiding tube in the epidural catheter analgesia in the electrovaporization of prostate surgery is simple, with few complications, high comfort degree, and good safety, and it is worth clinical promotion value.
