比较盐酸达克罗宁胶浆与盐酸奥布卡因凝胶在胃镜检查中的应用效果

Comparison of Application Effect of Dyclonine Hydrochloride Mucllage and Oxybuprocaine Hydrochloride Gel in the Gastroscopy

目的对比口服盐酸达克罗宁胶浆与盐酸奥布卡因在胃镜检查中的临床效果。方法选取该院2017年1—12月门诊及住院行胃镜检查的患者320例,将其随机分成2组,观察组160例胃镜检查前含服盐酸达克罗宁胶浆,对照组160例含服盐酸奥布卡因凝胶。从插管和咽部麻醉效果、视野清晰度、完成胃镜检查时间、不良反应方面,进行对比分析。结果所有患者均顺利完成内镜检查,无明显不良反应。两组患者的咽部表面麻醉效果差异无统计学意义(83.1%vs 79.4%,χ~2=0.738,P>0.05),但观察组的视野清晰度评级明显优于对照组(86.9%vs 42.5%,χ~2=69.963, P<0.05),且平均镜检时间(4.28±0.78)min明显短于对照组(6.40±0.95)min,差异均有统计学意义(t=-5.58,P<0.05)。结论盐酸达克罗宁胶浆与盐酸奥布卡因凝胶均有较满意的咽部表面麻醉效果,安全可靠,但盐酸达克罗宁胶浆在胃镜检查中能获得更好的祛泡效果,镜下视野清晰,有效缩短了检查时间,减轻患者不适,而且价格相比更低,是胃镜检查前一种效果较好的局麻用药,值得临床上推广使用。

Objective To compare the application effect of dyclonine hydrochloride mucllage and oxybuprocaine hydrochloride gel in the gastroscopy. Methods 320 cases of outpatients and inpatients for gastroscopic examination in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 160 cases in each,respectively treated with dyclonine hydrochloride mucllage and oxybuprocaine hydrochloride gel, and the intubation and pharynx anesthesia effect, view resolution, gastroscopy completion time and adverse reactions were compared and analyzed. Results All patients finished the endoscopy, without obvious adverse reactions, and the difference in the anesthesia effect of pharynx surface between the two groups was not obvious（ 83.1% vs 79.4 %, χ~2=0.738,P0.05）, and the view resolution classification in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group（86.9% vs42.5%, χ~2=69.963,P 0.05）, and the average microscopy time was obviously shorter than that in the control group[（4.28±0.78） min vs（6.40±0.95） min], and the difference was statistically significant（ t=-5.58,P0.05）. Conclusion The dyclonine hydrochloride mucllage and oxybuprocaine hydrochloride gel have a satisfactory anesthesia effect of pharynx surface, and it is safe and reliable, but the removal effect of air bubbles of oxybuprocaine hydrochloride gel in the gastroscopy is better, and the visual field is clear, which can effectively shorten the examination time, and relieve the discomfort of patients, and the price is lower, and it is a local anesthesia drug with a better effect, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
