孟鲁斯特治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Curative Effect of Montelukast in Treatment of Children with Asthmatic Bronchitis

目的分析孟鲁斯特治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎临床疗效。方法选取该院收治的60例小儿喘息性支气管炎患者,所有小儿喘息性支气管炎患者的收取时间2015年3月—2018年3月,电脑随机分为观察组一组(30例小儿喘息性支气管炎患者)、对照组一组(30例小儿喘息性支气管炎患者),分别实施孟鲁斯特治疗以及常规治疗,将两组小儿喘息性支气管炎患者的治疗效果进行对比。结果观察组小儿喘息性支气管炎患者的总有效率93.33%高于对照组患者(χ~2=4.320 0,P<0.05);观察组小儿喘息性支气管炎患者的咳嗽改善时间(4.01±1.01)d、湿啰音改善时间(5.01±1.21)d、哮鸣音改善时间(5.12±0.91)d、喘息改善时间(3.15±0.61)d与对照组差异有统计学意义(t=8.159 2、5.755 1、5.758 7、3.760 2、P<0.05)。结论通过对小儿喘息性支气管炎患者实施孟鲁斯特治疗后,取得十分显著的效果,能提高患者的总有效率,缩短患者咳嗽改善时间、湿啰音改善时间、哮鸣音改善时间、喘息改善时间,促进患者康复。

Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of montelukast in treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis. Methods 60 cases of children with asthmatic bronchitis admitted and treated in our hospital from March2015 to March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the observation group were treated with montelukast, while the control group used the routine therapy, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence rate in the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than that in the control group（χ~2=4.320 0,P0.05）; and the improvement time of cough, improvement time of moist rale, improvement time of wheezing rale, and improvement time of asthma in the observation group were respectively（4.01 ±1.01）d,（5.01±1.21）d,（5.12±0.91）d,（3.15±0.61）d, and the differences between the two groups were obvious（t=8.159 2,5.755 1, 5.758 7, 3.760 2,P0.05）. Conclusion The effect of montelukast in treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis is very obvious, which can improve the total effective rate, shorten the cough improvement time, moist rale improvement time, wheezing rale improvement time and asthma improvement time, and promote the recovery of patients.
