摘要
目的评价磷酸肌酸钠治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染心肌损害的效果。方法将该院在2016年3月—2017年5月随机选取的70例肺炎支原体感染心肌损害的患儿作为对象,使用随机数表法将患者分为观察组(35例)和对照组(35例),两组均行常规治疗,观察组患儿在常规治疗的基础上使用磷酸肌酸钠进行治疗,对照组患儿在此基础上使用维生素C进行治疗,对比分析两组患者的疗效和各项指标的变化。结果观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为97.14%,对照组患儿的治疗总有效率为77.14%,观察组明显优于对照组(χ~2=6.247 7、P=0.012 4),呈临床不均衡性;治疗后两组患者的各指标水平均有所降低,观察组患者LDH(210.61±46.88)U/L、AST(22.13±13.70)U/L、CK-MB (17.60±7.32)U/L及肌钙蛋白(0.11±0.05)U/L降低水平与对照组LDH (265.05±48.27)U/L、AST (29.44±14.41)U/L、CK-MB(24.04±7.49)U/L及肌钙蛋白(0.25±0.08)U/L指标相比更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磷酸肌酸钠治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染心肌损害的效果较好,患儿各项指标的水平有所降低,具有较大的临床推广价值。
Objective To evaluate the effect of creatine phosphate sodium in treatment of children with myocardial damage of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. Methods 70 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection myocardial damage admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each, both groups used the routine therapy, while the observation group were treated with creatine phosphate sodium, and the control group were treated with vitamin C, and the curative effect and changes of various indicators were analyzed and compared. Results The total treatment effective rate in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group 97.14% vs 77.14%,(χ~2=6.2477, P=0.0124), with clinical unbalance; after treatment, the levels of various indicators of the two groups decreased, and the decrease levels of LDH(210.61±46.88)U/L, AST(22.13±13.70)U/L, CK-MB(17.60±7.32)U/L and troponin(0.11±0.05)U/L decreased compared with those in the control group LDH(265.05±48.27)U/L, AST(29.44±14.41)U/L, CK-MB(24.04±7.49)U/L and troponin(0.25±0.08)U/L, and the differences were statically significant(P0.05). Conclusion The effect of creatine phosphate sodium in treatment of children with myocardial damage of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection is better, which can decrease the levels of various indicators, and it is of great promotion and application value.
