头孢菌素类抗生素的药理特性及临床应用

目的对头孢菌素类抗生素的药理特性及临床应用进行分析研究。方法选取在该院2017年1—6月期间接受治疗的100例使用抗生素相关病例患者为研究对象,观察其皮肤、神经系统、消化系统、全身等器官出现的不良反应。结果该组患者中应用头孢菌素类抗生素出现不良反应者38例,占总病例的38%,此外造成皮肤、神经系统、肝肾、呼吸功能均有损伤等。结论在患者应用头孢菌素类抗生素以后,会造成身体功能损伤,其中包括皮肤、神经系统在内的多处部位功能损伤,所以需谨慎使用。

Objective To analyze and investigate the pharmacological property and clinical application of cephalosporins. Methods 100 cases of patients with antibiotic related cases treated in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2017 were selected, and the skin, nerve system, digestive system, and general adverse reactions were observed.Results There were 38 cases with adverse reactions after using the cephalosporins, accounting for 38% in total, besides,there were skin, nerve system, liver and renal and respiration function injuries. Conclusion The application of cephalosporins of patients can impose the physical function injury, including the skin and nerve system injuries, therefore, we need to use it cautiously.
