心理干预对血液透析患者焦虑抑郁的影响

Effect of Mental Intervention on the Anxiety and Depression of Patients with Hemodialysis

目的探讨心理干预对血液透析患者焦虑抑郁的影响。方法选取2016年3月—2017年3月期间在该院行血液透析治疗的58例患者为研究对象,将58例患者随机分为参照组与研究组,每组各29例。其中,参照组实施常规护理,研究组除与参照组一样进行常规护理外,同时加强心理干预。并对两组患者进行焦虑抑郁状态和护理满意度调查。结果研究组治疗总有效率为10.00%;参照组治疗总有效率为75.86%,研究组疗效优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.112,P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者SAS、SDS评分均有一定的下降,且研究组SAS评分比参照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=17.608,P<0.05)、SDS评分比参照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=18.742,P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度评分(96.8±3.2)分显著高于参照组的(81.5±4.0)分,两组比较差异统计学意义(t=5.435,P<0.05)。结论对血液透析患者实施心理干预效果显著,不但能够改善血液透析患者的焦虑抑郁状态,还能有效控制患者病情,同时促进患者生活质量的提高,值得在临床上广泛推行。

Objective To study the effect of mental intervention on the anxiety and depression of patients with hemodialysis. Methods 58 cases of patients treated with hemodialysis in a certain hospital from March 2016 to March2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 29 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing, while the research group enhanced the mental intervention on the basis of the routine nursing, and the anxiety and depression state and nursing satisfactory degree of the two groups were surveyed. Results The total effective rate in the research group and in the control group was respectively 100.00% and 75.86%, and the curative effect in the research group was better than that in the control group（χ~2=7.112, P0.05）. After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups decreased to a certain degree, and the SAS score in the research group was lower than that in the control group,（ t=17.608, P0.05）, and the SDS score was lower than that in the control group（ t=18.742, P 0.05）,and the nursing satisfactory degree score in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group[（96.8±3.2）points vs（ 81.5±4.0）points], and the difference was statistically significant（ t=5.435, P 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of mental intervention in patients with hemodialysis is obvious, which can not only improve the anxiety and depression state, but also effectively control the disease of patients, and promote the improvement of quality of life, and it is worth wide promotion in clinic.
