针对性护理措施对难治性心境障碍患者疗效的影响研究

Research on Curative Effect of Targeted Nursing Measures on the Patients with Refractory Mood Disorder

目的探究治疗难治性心境障碍患者时实施针对性护理措施的实际应用效果。方法以治疗区间2016年1月—2017年12月,在该院开展难治性心境障碍治疗的患者78例为该次研究对象,并从难治性情感患者中随机选出78例为该次研究对象,自由分成两组,各39例,一组采用常规护理措施辅助治疗,视为对照组;一组采用针对性护理措施辅助治疗,视为观察组,对比护理结果。结果实施针对性护理后,观察组患者的BPRS评分(48.6±1.7)分、HAMD得分(4.2±1.1)分和对照组患者的BPRS评分(62.3±1.2)分、HAMD得分(6.5±1.7)分相应得分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=41.115,6.168 3,P=0.000 0,000 0)。结论在难治性心境障碍患者治疗中,实施针对性护理措施,可以极大的改善患者精神心理问题,缓解患者的抑郁心理,有利于患者恢复。

Objective To study the practical application effect of targeted nursing measures on the patients with refractory mood disorder. Methods 78 cases of patients with refractory mood disorder admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 39 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing, while the observation group used the targeted nursing measures, and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results After the targeted nursing, the differences in the BPRS score and HAMD score between the observation group and the control group were obvious [（48.6 ±1.7）points,（4.2 ±1.1）points vs（62.3±1.2）points,（6.5±1.7）points], and the test value of BPRS score and HAMD test value were respectively（t=41.115 0,6.618 3, P =0.000 0,0.000 0）. Conclusion The implementation of targeted nursing measures in treatment of patients with refractory mood disorder can greatly improve the mental problems, and relieve the depression emotion, and it is conductive to the recovery of patients.
