坦度螺酮联合氟西汀对抑郁症患者疗效和性功能的影响

Effect of tandospirone combined with fluoxetine on efficacy and sexual function in patients with depression

目的研究坦度螺酮胶囊联合氟西汀治疗抑郁症患者的疗效和对性功能的影响。方法本研究回顾性观察了2015~2017年本院符合ICD-10诊断标准诊断抑郁症的门诊患者,共90例,其中使用坦度螺酮者45例为研究组,未服用坦度螺酮者45例为对照组,两组均连续治疗8周,在入组时及治疗第2、4、6、8周后分别采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD_(24))、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评定两组疗效,并采用亚利桑那性体验量表(ASEx)评定药物对性功能的影响情况。结果治疗的第2、4、6、8周,两组的HAMD_(24)评分、HAMA评分均有降低,而研究组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。服药期间对照组的性功能障碍发生率高于研究组(P<0.05)。结论坦度螺酮胶囊联合氟西汀治疗抑郁症患者具有较好的疗效、并能改善性功能障碍。

Objective To study the effect of tandospirone capsule combined with fluoxetine on the treatment of depression and its effect on sexual function. Methods A total of 90 outpatients diagnosed with depression who met the ICD- 10 diagnostic criteria from 2015 to 2017 in our hospital were reviewed retrospectively. 45 cases treated with tan- dospirone were selected as the study group. 45 cases were not treated with tandospirone were selected as the control group. Both groups were treated for 8 consecutive weeks. The Hamihon depression scale（HAMD24） and Hamihon anxiety scale（HAMA） were used to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups at the time of enrollment and 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks af- ter treatment. The Arizona Experience Scale（ASEx） was used to assess the effect of drugs on sexual function. Results At the 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 8th weeks of treatment, the HAMD24 score and HAMA score of both groups decreased, while the HAMD24 score and HAMA score of the study group was significantly lower than those of the control group. And the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of sexual dysfunction was higher in the control group than that in the study group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tandoxoxone capsule combined with fluoxetine has good curative ef- fect and can improve sexual dysfunction in patients with depression.
