中药熏洗配合中医康复护理改善脑卒中后偏瘫肢体功能的效果

Effect of Chinese medicine fumigation combined with rehabilitation nursing on improving hemiplegic limb function after stroke

目的探讨中药熏洗配合中医康复护理治疗改善中风后偏瘫肢体功能的护理效果。方法选择2017年3月～2018年2月在我院诊断治疗的脑卒中后偏瘫肢体功能障碍患者80例为研究对象。随机分为干预组与对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规康复护理,干预组给予中药熏洗配合中医康复护理。比较两组干预前后ADL、FuglMeyer评分、神经功能缺损评分以及护理效果。结果干预后两组ADL评分显著高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,干预组ADL评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后两组Fugl-Meyer评分显著高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,干预组Fugl-Meyer评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组神经功能缺损评分均显著低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后干预组神经功能缺损评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组护理效果显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗配合中医康复护理能够显著改善脑卒中后偏瘫患者的肢体功能。

Objective To discuss the effect of Chinese medicine fumigation combined with rehabilitation nursing on improving hemiplegic limb function after stroke. Methods 80 cases with hemiplegic limb function after stroke from March 2017 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group, each of 40 cases. The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing, and the intervention received Chinese medicine fumigation combined with rehabilitation nursing. ADL, Fugl-Meyer score, neurological impairment score and nursing effect before and after intervention were compared. Results After intervention, ADL in the two groups were higher than those before intervention（P〈0.05）; After intervention, ADL in the intervention group was higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. After intervention, Fugl-Meyer in the two groups were higher than that before interven- tion（P〈0.05）; After intervention, Fugl-Meyer in the intervention group was higher than those in the control group（P〈 0.05）. After intervention, neurological impairment score in the two groups were higher than that before intervention（P〈 0.05）; After intervention, neurological impairment score in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The nursing effect of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine fumigation combined with rehabilitation nursing can improving hemiplegic limb function after stroke.
