山莨菪碱联合安定在超声内镜检查中的价值及护理配合

The value and nursing cooperation of anisodamine combined with diazepam in endoscopic ultrasonography

目的探讨山莨菪碱联合安定用于超声内镜检查的价值及护理配合方法。方法选择2014年8月～2016年8月本院收治的食管胃内黏膜下病变实施超声内镜检查者80例,按照随机数字法分两组,各40例,所有入组者均行相应护理干预,其中对照组使用安定,观察组联合使用山莨菪碱,比较两组检查期间血氧饱和度变化情况及总检查时间,统计两组检查过程中的不良反应。结果观察组血氧饱和度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),总检查时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组发生咳嗽、憋气及呕吐总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论行内镜超声检查时使用山莨菪碱联合安定治疗,能更有效地维持患者血氧饱和度,缩短检查时间,减少检查过程导致的不良反应。

Objective To investigate the value and nursing cooperation of anisodamine combined with diazepam in en- doscopic uhrasonography. Methods 80 patients with esophagogastric submucosal lesions admitted in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 who underwent endoscopic uhrasonography were selected and divided into two groups ac- cording to the random number method, with 40 patients in each group. All the patients were treated with nursing inter- vention accordingly. The control group was treated with diazepam, and the observation group was given anisodamine combined with diazepam. The changes of blood oxygen saturation and the total examination time during examination be- tween the two groups were compared. And adverse reactions occurred during the examination in two groups were counted. Results The oxygen saturation of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The total examination time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）. The total incidence of cough, hernia and vomiting in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of anisodamine combined with diazepam in endoscopic uhrasonography can effectively maintain the patients＇ oxygen saturation, shorten the examination time and reduce the adverse reactions caused by the examination.
