Research on the Doctoral Degree-granting Quality Standards Consistent with Its Educational Goal and Their implementation

为进一步适应新时代中国特色社会主义经济社会发展对高层次人才培养的需求,提高博士学位授予质量标准,文章以扬州大学畜牧学科为例,从扬州大学畜牧学科办学目标及博士学位授予标准、建立与办学目标相一致的博士学位标准的意义和扬州大学畜牧专业建立与办学目标相一致的博士学位质量标准的实现路径三个方面做出阐述,对进一步提升博士学位授予质量提供了新思路。

In order to further adapt to the needs of high-level personnel training in the socialist economic development with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and to improve the standards for doctoral degrees, this thesis takes the animal husbandry discipline of Yangzhou University as an example, providing new ideas for further improving the quality of doctoral degrees from the threeaspects： the objectives of animal husbandry discipline in Yangzhou University and the doctoral evaluation criteria, the establishment ofthe doctoral standard consistent with the goal of running a school, and the realization of the doctoral quality standard consistent withthe goal of establishing the animal husbandry specialty of Yangzhou University.
