大学生网络犯罪中高校法律教育缺失之思考

随着互联网的高速发展及高校网络教育技术的普及,大学生已成为使用网络的主体人群。与此同时,大学生网络犯罪的案例频繁发生,并呈上升趋势。文章就大学生网络违法犯罪的行为表现和产生的原因进行深入全面分析,对高校法律教育的缺失进行认真思考,从高校法律教育的目标、内容、形式等方面提出避免大学生网络犯罪的解决策略,提高大学生法律意识,增强法律教育实效性,以达到控制和减少大学生网络犯罪的目的。

With the rapid development of the Internet and the popularity of network education technology in universities, collegestudents have become the main users of the network. At the same time, the cybercrime is much more common seen among collegestudents. This paper comprehensive analyzes the behavior and the causes of college students＇ criminality and seriously thinks aboutthe lack of law education in universities. Strategies are put forward to avoid the cybercrime of college students from the aspects ofthe goals, contents and forms of legal education in universities for improving the legal awareness of college students and enhancingthe effectiveness of legal education so as to control and reduce students＇ cybercrime.
