CBL、PBL与Seminar三联教学法在肾病科临床实习带教中的应用 被引量:18

摘要 CBL教学法又称案例教学法,PBL教学法即问题教学法,Seminar教学法是老师和学生就某一个问题进行共同讨论的研讨式教学方法,这三种教学方法均有自己的优势和特点,文章将这三种教学方法进行整合并应用到肾病科临床实习带教教学中,能够激发学生学习肾病科相关知识的兴趣,调动学生学习的积极性与主动性,提高学生发现问题、分析问题及解决问题的能力,在培养创新思维的同时增强团队合作精神和沟通协调能力,从而更好的理解和掌握肾病科知识,全面提升肾病科临床实习教学质量。 CBL teaching method is also called case teaching method. PBL teaching method is also called problem teachingmethod. Seminar teaching method is a seminar-based teaching method that teachers and students discussa certain problem together.All these three teaching methods have their own advantages and characteristics. This paper integrates these three teaching methodsand applies them to the teaching of clinical practice in department of nephropathy. It stimulates students' interest in nephropathiclearning, enhances the enthusiasm and initiative of students' study, and improves the students' ability to find, analyze and solve problems. It also improves students' innovation, cooperation and communication ability, so as to help them better grasp nephropathicknowledge and improve clinical practice teaching quality of nephropathy.
