高校国际化背景下来华留学教育与管理的新思路——基于J大学的实践

New Ideas on Education and Management of International Students in China under the Internationalization of Higher Education——Based on Practice of J University

随着双一流建设目标的提出和国家中长期教育发展规划的要求,高校国际化已然成为高等教育的发展趋势。同时,"一带一路"国家战略的实施也为我国高等教育国际化提供了重大的战略机遇。文章通过分析国际化背景下的来华留学特点,并结合J校在来华留学教育与管理中的实践进行分析,探索发展的新思路,以促进来华留学生规模的扩大和质量的提高,进而加快高等教育国际化进程。

With the development of Double First-rate construction goals and the requirements of national long-term education development plan, internationalization of universities has become the trend of higher education. At the same time, the implementation ofThe Belt and Road also provides a great strategic opportunity for the internationalization of higher education. The paper analyzes thecharacteristics of the international students in China and the practice in education and management to explore new thoughts for further development. This promotes the scale and the quality of the international students in China, and then accelerates the internationalization of higher education.
