校企合作下的地方本科院校教学质量管理与评价机制

Teaching Quality Management and Evaluation System of Local Universities Under College-enterprise Cooperation

校企合作是培养应用型人才的基本途径,研究建立与校企合作相适应的教学质量管理与评价机制,是推动校企深度合作、培养符合行业企业需求人才的重要保证。教学质量评价单一、人才培养方案的制定与实施不适应校企合作的要求、实践教学不能满足岗位需求、企业很少参与教学质量监控等问题严重影响了校企深度合作。校企合作教学质量评价指标体系构建应符合利益相关者的基本需求,按照科学性、针对性、动态性和诊断性的原则,突出专业与课程建设评价、实践教学评价、校企合作综合评价,并构建相应的指标体系。

The cooperation between college and enterprise is a fundamental way to cultivate talents for enterprises. Establishingamechanism of teaching quality management and evaluation promotes the cooperation between school and enterprise and fosters qualified talents. In the current evaluation system, issues like incompleting evaluation policy, training programs mismatching the requirements enterprise, practicing training failing the job requirements, and the lacking of enterprise monitoring on the teaching quality haveseriously affected the school and enterprise cooperation level. The construction of evaluation system for the school-enterprise cooperation satisfies the fundamental need of interested parties. We propose to construct the evaluation system by following the scientific,pertinent, dynamic and diagnostic guiding principles and emphasizing the evaluation of specialization curriculum, practice teaching andlevel of school-enterprise cooperation. A corresponding index system will be constructed to quantify the evaluation.
