磷溴阻燃环氧树脂的制备及其在覆铜板中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 文章介绍了成了一种双酚A型的磷溴阻燃环氧树脂(PBE),然后将PBE、低溴环氧树脂与含磷环氧树脂的混合树脂以及低溴环氧树脂分别用线性酚醛树脂固化制备了三款覆铜板复合材料,并对PBE和覆铜板进行了表征与性能测试。结果表明:PBE树脂比低溴环氧树脂具有更好的热稳定性,且其协同阻燃效果优于含磷环氧树脂与含溴环氧树脂的混合方式,以其制备的覆铜板在阻燃性、耐热性、粘结性和相比漏电起痕指数(CTI)等性能表现均较优,综合性能最佳。 In this paper, a BPA type of P-Br fame retardant epoxy resin(PBE) was synthesized, then the three kinds of copper clad laminate composites were prepared by curing PBE with mixed resin of brominated epoxy resin and phosphorous epoxy resin and brominated epoxy resin with phenolic novolac resin respectively. The structure of PBE and the properties of the copper clad laminates were studied. The results show that PBE has better thermal stability than brominated epoxy resin, and better synergistic fame retardant efect than the mixing method of brominated epoxy resin and phosphorous epoxy resin. CCL-1 has the best overall performance with excellent properties in fame retardancy, heat resistance, adhesion, CTI, etc.
