摘要
喷墨打印电路具有制造工艺简单、环境友好、成本低廉、功能多样等显著优势。文章介绍了近些年用于喷墨打印电路典型导电纳米材料的研究及其应用的相关进展。其中,对适用于印制电子的导电纳米材料的基本特性以及配方构成做了详细的介绍,简要介绍了用于喷墨打印电路的导电纳米材料在透明电极,射频天线和发光设备的应用。
The inkjet printing circuit has the obvious advantages of simple manufacturing process, environment friendly, low-cost and versatile functions. In this paper, recent advances in the research and application of typical conductive nanomaterials for inkjet printed circuits are introduced. Among them, the basic properties of conductive nanomaterials for printed electronics, and the formulation of conductive inks are introduced in detail. The applications of conductive nanomaterials for inkjet printed circuits in transparent electrodes, RF antennas and luminescent devices are briefy introduced.
