摘要
线路板制造中干膜、湿膜、油墨等显影、去膜产生的废水为高CODCr废水,稳定、有效的处理工艺对于整体废水CODCr达标至关重要。本文探讨一种在常规处理工艺上的改进工艺,实际运行结果表明,该处理工艺能有效去除COD,提高废水可生化性,防止污泥板结。
In PCB manufacturing, CODCr of the wastewater with flm and ink is usually high. A kind of stable, efective treating process is crucial to reduce CODCr of the wastewater. Contrast to conventional treating process, this paper discusses an improved process. Practical operation results show that, the process is efective for reducing CODCr of high CODCr wastewater and improving the biodegradability and preventing sludge agglomeration.
