摘要
本次研究中应用分布浸渍方式进行低温粉末脱销催化剂的植被,添加黏结剂制备出催化剂浆料,同时将用黏土为基础材料制备表面涂覆型蜂窝催化剂。经由实验研究,显示出在涂层的厚度为110μm时,能够获取到与100%成型蜂窝体趋于一致的脱销活性,在250℃的条件下,抗硫抗水中毒性稳定性会超出100h,其耐磨性也能够符合相关标准。
In this study, the vegetation of low-temperature powder removal catalyst was impregnated by distributed impregnation method, and the catalyst slurry was prepared by adding binder, and the surface-coated honeycomb catalyst was prepared by using clay as the basic material. The experimental results show that when the thickness of the coating is 110 micron, the desorption activity of the honeycomb is consistent with that of 100% honeycomb, and the stability of sulfur resistance and water toxicity will exceed 100 h at 250 C. The wear resistance of the honeycomb can also meet the relevant standards.
