摘要
为了提高智能照明系统的性价比,提出了一种基于DALI总线的智能LED照明设计方案,关键技术包括DALI控制模块和可调光驱动电源的设计。系统通过应用微控制器(MCU)、通用的模拟和数字电路来代替昂贵的DALI专用芯片,实现了DALI控制的功能;LED驱动电源应用软开关技术,具有DALI接口和多种传感器接口,并具有应急照明的功能;系统可实现对LED灯的PWM调光和智能化控制。制作了样机并进行了相关实验,验证了方案的可行性。
This paper proposes a kind of designing scheme for LED intelligent lighting based on DALI bus in order to enhance the cost perfurmance of the intelligent lighting system. The key technology lies in the design for DALI control module and the dimming driving power supply. The System realizes DALI control function through applying micro-control unit(MCU ), general analog circuits and digital circuits to instead of the expensive specialized DALI chip. Soft-switching teehnology has been applied in LED driving power supply which contains the interface of DALI and some kinds of sensors, combining emergency lighting function. PWM (Pulse Width Modulation ) dimming and intelligent monitoring for LED lamp can be finished by the designed system. The protolyping system has been manufactured, and the relevant experimental results demonstrate the possibility of the scheme.
