摘要
以野生蔓越莓、卡琪花蒂玛为原料,研究能够激活女性机能的野生蔓越莓保健酒的酿造工艺。采用纯果汁发酵,超声波萃取水提卡琪花蒂玛功效物质后与果酒调配的方式,研制出了具有独特的蔓越莓果香、卡琪花蒂玛草本香气的保健酒。通过人群试用发现该保健酒对女性防治妇科疾病、调动女性机能、提高身体活力有重要作用。
Using wild cranberry and kacip tatimah as raw materials, the brewing technology of wild cranberry tunctional wine was explored, which can activate the temale tunction. By using pure fruit juice to terment and functional substances which was extracted from kacip fatimah by ultrasonic, tunctional wine was developed with a unique cranberry fruit flavor and kacip fafimah herb flavor. The functional wine was tound to be important tor women to prevent gynecological diseases, mobilize temale tunction and improve body life.
