摘要
采用双水相和超声波相结合的提取方法,以正交试验法考查影响中华猕猴桃根中三萜类化合物提取率的4个因素:中性盐质量浓度、有机溶剂体积分数、超声时间和料液比,旨在建立最佳提取工艺条件。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为硫酸铵质量浓度0.18 g/m L,异丙醇体积分数40%,超声时间30 min,料液比1∶9。同时,采用MTT法分析三萜类化合物对3种肿瘤细胞的抑制活性。
Study was designed to optimize extraction of triterpenoids from roots of Actinidia chinensis Planch. by adopting the combination of double water phase and the ultrasonic extraction method. The optimunl conditions for the extraction of triterpenoids were as follows, the amount of ammonium sulfate 0.18 g/mL, isopropyl alcohol concentration 40%, ultrasonic duration 30 min and material-solvent ratio 1 : 9. The analysis of antitumor activity- was determined by MTT method with three kinds of tumor cells.
