现在市场上的玉米秸秆揉搓机有很多种,大部分都是将玉米秸秆直接喂入揉搓室,秸秆在锤片和齿板的多次撞击下,变成丝条状。这种揉搓机适用于含水率大的玉米秸秆,对含水率较低的秸秆则会因为打击过多,导致碎屑和粉末的占比增加,使得周围的空气中粉尘量较大,不仅给加工环境带来影响,而且还污染了空气。更重要的是,这些粉末在牛羊的胃里会形成紧密的块状物,产生反刍困难和减弱微生物作用,不利于牛羊的消化和吸收。经过分析与研究,设计了9RS40型秸秆切丝揉搓机,通过横向和纵向刃轴将玉米秸秆坚硬的外表皮主动切丝,再经过揉搓室揉搓,秸秆变成细而软的丝状物,增加了牛羊的适口性,提高了秸秆的利用率和消化率,该机适用于不同含水率的玉米秸秆。

More importantly, these powders torm a tight block in the stomach of cattle and sheep, resulting in the difficulty of ruminant and the weakening of the microorganism, which is not conducive to the digestion and absorption of cattle and sheep. After analysis and research, we designed a 9RS40 straw shredding machine to cut the hard outer skin of corn stalk through the transverse and longitudinal edge shafts, and then pass the kneading room to knead the straw into thin and soft silk, which increased the palatability of the cattle and sheep, and improved the utilization and digestibility of the straw.
