摘要
"食品毒理学"是高校食品专业重要必修课,针对其课程特点和教学中存在的问题,提出PBL-PAD混合教学模式在"食品毒理学"课程教学中应用的必要性和具体实施方法,并对考核方法进行改革,以期获得较好的教学效果。
Food Toxicology is an important compulsory course for food major of university. Based on the characteristics and the problems in teaching of Food Toxicology, to obtain the better teaching eftect. This work presented the necessity and concrete implementation method of PBL-PAD mixed teaching mode in Food Toxicology course teaching, and the examination method was also reformed.
