Teaching Reform and Exploration of Introduction to Food Safety

"食品安全导论"是一门综合性很强的交叉性学科,是食品质量与安全专业重要的专业基础课程之一,针对课程特点和应用型人才的培养要求,对课程的教学方法和教学内容方面进行了探究与改革。通过整合教学内容、改革教学方法,同时将食品安全法融入课程体系中,以案例为引导,激发学生的思考能力、调动学生学习的主动性,提升知识的应用能力,课堂教学取得良好效果。

An introduction to Food Safety is a quite comprehensive cross discipline and one of the professional courses of food quality and safety major in our school. In this paper, according to the characteristic of the course and the requirements of training applied talents, teaching methods and contents of the course were carried on the exploration and reform. By integrating the contents, reform methods, and put the law of Food Safety blend into the currieulum system, go through the eases, stimulate students＇ thinking ability, arouse the initiative of learning, promote the application of knowledge ability, in order to achieve good resuhs.
