新孟河延伸拓浚工程是国家172项节水供水重大水利工程之一,工程投资大、实施战线长、建设内容多、建管要求高。本文根据工程特点以及建设管理中容易出现的问题,探索规范工程建设管理的新途径,总结建管体制、招标投标、创优、技术创新、代建制和集中监理制、信用考核、监管等方面的经验和做法,可为其他重大水利工程建设管理提供借鉴。

Xinmenghe extension project is one of 172 major water-saving and water-supply projects in China. The project investment is high, the implementation duration is long, the construction contents are excessive, and construction nlanagement requirements are high. New method for standardizing the management of project construction is explored, experience and practice of construction management system, tendering and bidding, merit achievement, technology innovation, acting system and centralized supervision system, credit evaluation and supervision, etc. are smmnarized according to engineering characteristics and problems in construction management, thereby providing reference for construction managen^ent in other major water conservancy projects.
