Overview of water conservancy informatization development

近年来,水利信息化快速发展,及时总结得失非常必要。本文通过对"十二五"期间水利信息系统建设情况的调研、归纳和总结,指出存在标准滞后、通用性差等问题,并就此提出建立标准化体系、加强需求分析、强化运维意识、注重数据持续更新、推广应用等对策,可为下一步水利信息化管理工作提供参考。

It is necessary to summarize gains and losses in a timely manner with the rapid development of water conservancy ilfformatization in recent years. The construction of water conservancy information system during the ＂twelfth five-year＂ period is smnmarized and concluded in the paper through retrieval and survey. The following countermeasures are proposed aiming at problems of standard lag, poor universality and so on, namely establishment of standardized system, strengthening of requirements analysis, enhancement of operation and maintenance consciousness, attention to data continuous updating, popularization and application, etc., thereby providing reference for water conservancy ilfformation managenlent work in the future.
