摘要
"国家质量基础的共性技术研究与应用"重点专项是"十三五"科技计划改革以来首批正式启动的42个重点研发计划重点专项之一。该文概述专项的由来、目标和任务设置,并以2016—2018年专项申报指南与资助项目为研究对象,系统分析专项推荐单位、申请单位、承担单位以及专项经费分配情况,给出已立项项目及其承担单位的特征和分布规律。
＂Generic Technology Research and Application of National Quality Infrastructure＂ Grant Program is one of the 42 National Key RD Program grants officially launched since the reform of the science and technology program in China＇s 13 th Five-Year Plan. This paper summarizes the origin, overall objective and task deployment of the NQI grant program. Taken the application guides and funded projects during 2016-2018 as research objects, this paper presents the statistical analysis on the eligible recommendation units, applicants,recipients and budget allocation. Characteristics and distribution on funded projects and grant recipients have been concluded.
