摘要
以正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(VTES)为前驱体,通过溶胶-凝胶法先在酞菁蓝15∶3表面引入双键,然后通过自由基聚合反应将对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)接枝到颜料表面的双键上,制备了在水相中具有自分散性能的纳米酞菁蓝15∶3。通过SEM、TEM、TGA、粒度及Zeta电位分析仪等对纳米包覆颜料进行结构表征和性能测试。结果表明,自分散颜料粒径为176.5 nm,Zeta电位为-35.0 mV,包覆到颜料表面的硅烷偶联剂缩聚物和接枝到颜料表面的聚对苯乙烯磺酸钠为15.2%,且离心稳定性和热稳定性均大于80%,表现出良好的自分散性能。
Using tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) and vinyl silane coupling agent (VTES) as precursors, poly- siloxane film with carbon-carbon double bonds is coated onto the organic pigment Phthalocyanine Blue 15:3 through the sol-gel method, and then styrene sulfonate is grafted onto the pigment surface by radi- cal polymerization to fabricate self-dispersal nano-pigments in aqueous phase, and the experimental con- ditions are optimized. The structure and properties of coated pigments are characterized by SEM, TGA, particle size and Zeta potential analyzer. It is said that the particle size, zeta potential and grafting per- centage of sodium p-styrenesulfonate are 176.5 nm, -35.0 mV and 15.2%, respectively. In addition, the pigments show excellent self-dispersed properties, and the centrifugal and heat stabilities are over 80%.
