摘要
将乙醇/水体系用于活性染料染色后皂洗,探讨了乙醇体积分数对棉织物上水解活性染料3BS解吸率的影响,以及皂洗剂与乙醇协同增效的作用。结果表明,棉织物上水解染料的解吸率在乙醇体积分数为40%时达到最大值;在体系中添加皂洗剂XC-W有利于控制水解染料对棉织物的吸附;皂洗时提高温度和延长时间,可提高皂洗效果,但皂洗时间越长,吸附到棉织物上的水解染料越多;与传统水浴皂洗工艺相比,优化的乙醇/水皂洗工艺,不仅各项色牢度好,水洗次数减少,生产效率提高,而且通过回收皂洗残液中的乙醇,可大幅降低水耗。
Ethanol/water system is applied to soaping process of cotton fabric after dyeing. The effect of ethanol concentration on desorption of hydrolyzed Reactive Red 3BS on cotton fabrics and the synergis- tic effect of detergent and ethanol in ethanol/water system are discussed. The results show that, maxi- mum desorption is achieved when the volume percentage of ethanol is 40%. Adding detergent XC-W to the system is helpful to control the adsorption of hydrolyzed dyes onto cotton fabric. The soaping effect can be improved by increasing temperature and wash-off time. Compared with the conventional water soaping process, the optimal soaping process in the ethanol/water system offers potential savings in wa- ter and energy and reduces dye effluents.
