摘要
本文结合我校实施的"卓越工程师教育培养计划",对"半导体物理学"课程进行了教学计划和教学内容的调整,增加了实验内容,构建了"知识讲授、网络学习、综合实验、科研训练、生产实习、企业实践"六位一体的半导体物理教学模式,提高了学生综合利用知识的能力,强化了对学生工程实践能力培养。
Combined with the implementation of excellent engineer education and training program in our university, Semiconductor Physics course is adjusted to add more experiments for teaching plan and content and to set up a six-one new model including " knowledge teaching, network learning, comprehensive experiment, scientific research training, production practice, business practice " which is helpful to improve student' ability for knowledge comprehension, and strengthen their competence of practice engineering.
