摘要
成果导向教育(OBE)模式强调以学生的学习成果作为驱动力,从而反向设计教学过程及评价指标,进而提高学生工程实践能力。本文针对传统"单片机"课程教学以教师为中心、以理论知识为重点及成绩评定方式单一等问题,基于OBE教育理念提出以学习成果反向设计教学过程的思路,在如何确定教学目标、优化教学策略及改进考核模式等方面进行相应改革。
Outcome-based Education (OBE) model emphasizes the students' learning outcomes as the driving force, therefore, the teaching process and evaluation indexes are designed backward, and then to improve students "engineering practice ability. The author aims at the problems of traditional SCM teaching method, such as the teacher is centered, focusing on theoretical knowledge and grade assessment methods are single and so on, based on educational idea of OBE, the idea of reverse design of teaching process with learning achievement is put forward, the author carries out reforms on how to determine the teaching objectives, optimize teaching strategies and improve the assessment model and other aspects.
