摘要
基于交通运输部的交通运输节能减排专项资金和上海市的交通运输节能减排专项资金补贴情况,分析道路运输企业的特征和LNG车辆的应用情况,调研LNG车辆在推广方面存在的问题并提出相关的政策建议。
Based on the special funds for transportation energy conservation and emission reduction from the Ministry of Transport and on the special subsidies for transportation energy conservation and emission reduction in Shanghai, this paper analyzes the characteristics of road transport sector and the application of LNG vehicles, and then investigates the problems in the promotion of LNG vehicles and proposes related policy recommendations.
