摘要
为提高马脊梁煤矿原煤洁净化利用以及企业经济效益,在煤质分析的基础上,开展了选煤工艺设计,通过方案对比,确定分选工艺为150~13 mm块煤采用重介质浅槽分选机分选、13~1.5 mm末煤采用脱泥有压三产品重介质旋流器分选、1.5~0.15 mm粗煤泥采用螺旋分选机分选、0.15~0 mm煤泥采用加压过滤机与快开压滤机联合脱水回收方案,并形成了工艺布置方案。
In order to improve the clean utilization of raw coal and economical benefits of enterprises, based on coal quality analysis, the mine carries out coal preparation technology design. Through the comparison of plans, the separation technology is determined: 150-13mm lump coal is separated by heavy medium vessel seperator, 13-1.5 mm fine coal is seperated by three product heavy medium cyclone with pressure for desliming, 1.5-0.15 mm coarse slime is seperated by spiral separator, and 0.15- 0mm slime is dewatered and recovered jointly by pressure tilter and frame pressuried filter. Process layout schemes are introduced.
