摘要
招投标工作存在于煤炭企业各类设备物资采购、工程、服务项目中,伴随着招投标过程定会产生大量珍贵的招投标档案。分析了招投标档案管理工作的现状,最后提出了规范招投标档案管理的方法和措施。
Bidding exists in all kinds of equipment and material proeurement, engineering and service projects of coal enterprises. With the process of bidding, a lot of valuable bidding documents will be generated. The author analyzes the current situation of bidding archives management, and finally puts forward some methods and measures for standardizing the management of bidding archives.
