从脾胃论治慢性肾衰竭浊毒之邪

Differentiating and Treating Chronic Renal Failure on Zhuo-du from Spleen and Stomach

慢性肾衰竭中的浊毒指的是由多种原因导致脏腑功能紊乱,气血运行失常,机体内产生的代谢产物不能及时排出,蕴积体内而化生的病理产物,同时也是导致各脏腑功能紊乱的致病因素。通过中医历代文献以及现代医学研究对慢性肾衰竭浊毒与脾胃中土在病因病机、致病特点等的认识,从而提出从"补土"治疗慢性肾衰竭"浊毒"之邪。

The Zhuo-du in chronic renal failure in TCM is caused by a variety of reasons,dysfunction of the viscera Qi and blood running,and the byproduct produced in the body can not discharge in time,has accumulated in the body and become the pathological product,leading to the cause of the dysfunction of the Zang-Fu organs. Studying on Zhuo-du of chronic renal failure in the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis,pathogenic characteristics ect. in literatures of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine,so as to put forward to the treatment＂invigorating spleen theory＂to remove the Zhuo-du of CRF.
