危急重症患者鼻饲瑞素配合复元羹的临床疗效评价研究

Clinical Curative Estimation Study of Critically Ill Patients after Nasal Feeding with Fresubin Combined with Recovery A Thick Soup

目的:观察危急重症患者鼻饲瑞素配合复元羹的危急值APACHEⅡ评分和中医证候改变情况。方法:按照随机数字方法将患者分为试验组和对照组,每组26例。试验组按照患者能量需求,鼻饲瑞素间歇期鼻饲复元羹50ml,对照组予鼻饲瑞素营养支持,统计两组的APACHEⅡ评分和中医证候积分。结果:试验组的APACHEⅡ评分和中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);试验组APACHEⅡ评分和中医证候积分均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);对照组APACHEⅡ评分较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05),对照组中医证候积分治疗前后无明显改变(P>0. 05)。结论:危急重症患者鼻饲瑞素配合复元羹,既能改善中医气虚证候,又能降低APACHEⅡ评分,缓解病情,改善预后,降低死亡率。

Objective： Observing the changes of APACHE Ⅱ score and TCM score of critically ill patients after nasal feeding with Fresubin and Recovery A Thick Soup. Methods： Patients were divided into experimental group and controlled group randomly,with 26 cases in each group. The experimental group was nasal fed with 50 ml Recovery A Thick Soup in the intermittent phase of Fresubin,while the controlled group nasal fed with Fresubin. Analyzed APACHEⅡscore and TCM syndrome score of the two groups. Results： The APACHEⅡscore and TCM score of the experimental group was significantly reduced（ P〈0. 05）and significantly lower than the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant changes in TCM syndrome score of the controlled group treatment（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Nasal feeding Fresubin and Recovery A Thick Soup can improve TCM syndrome,reduce the APACHEⅡscore,alleviate diseases and reduce mortality of critically ill patients.
