平乐正骨消肿止痛饮口服配合针灸熏洗治疗膝关节急性滑膜炎40例临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Using Xiaozhong Zhitong Drink Combined with Acupuncture-moxibustion and Fumigationwashing in the Treatment of 40 Cases of Acute Synovitis of Knee Joint Synovitis

目的:观察消肿止痛饮口服配合针灸熏蒸治疗方案治疗膝关节急性滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法:选取80例膝关节急性滑膜炎患者作为研究对象,所有患者被随机平均分为治疗组和对照组两组,每组40例患者。对照组患者给予针灸治疗和中药熏蒸治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予消肿止痛饮口服,两组患者治疗7天为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗组治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组的治疗总有效率,两组总有效率分别为95. 2%和81%,对照组优于治疗组(P<0. 05)。结论:消肿止痛饮口服配合针灸熏蒸方案治疗膝关节急性滑膜炎优于针灸熏蒸治疗方案。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Xiaozhong Zhitong Drink combined with acupuncture-moxibustion and fumigation-washing in the treatment of 40 cases of acute synovitis of knee joint synovitis. Methods： 80 cases of acute synovitis of knee joint were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group,40 cases in each group. The controlled group was treated with acupuncture-moxibustion and fumigation-washing treatment,the treatment group was treated with Xiaozhong Zhitong Drink on the basis of the controlled group. The two groups treated 7 days as a course of treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were observed after 2 courses of treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group,and the total effective rate of the two groups was 95. 2% and81%. The controlled group was better than the treatment group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Xiaozhong Zhitong Drink combined with acupuncture-moxibustion and fumigation-washing for treating acute synovitis of knee joint has better effect than acupuncture-moxibustion and fumigation-washing treatment.
